By signing up for FUUUDI, booking an event, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Event Participation

2.1 Membership Plans

FUUUDI offers different membership tiers, including free and paid options. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion.

• Basic (Free): Access to open events (pay-per-event).
• Premium (Paid): Exclusive events, discounts, and complimentary drinks.
• Elite (Paid): VIP experiences, priority booking, and private events.

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, benefits, or cancel memberships at any time.

2.2 Event Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings are final and subject to availability.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before an event may be eligible for a refund or credit.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel an event, affected members will receive a full refund or event credit.

3. Code of Conduct

FUUUDI is a community-driven experience. By joining our events, you agree to:

• Respect other attendees, staff, and restaurant partners.
• Engage in conversations with an open mind.
• Follow all restaurant rules and local laws.
• Drink responsibly and behave appropriately.

Prohibited Behavior:

• Disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory behavior.
• Harassment, including unwelcome advances or inappropriate remarks.
• Excessive intoxication or misconduct.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from events, suspension, or termination of membership without a refund.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments for memberships and event bookings are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4.2 Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

• Paid memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By attending a FUUUDI event, you acknowledge that dining and social interactions involve inherent risks (e.g., food allergies, personal interactions, or unexpected circumstances).

FUUUDI is not responsible for:

• Any injury, illness, or loss occurring at an event.
• The actions or behavior of other attendees.
• Issues related to the food, service, or experience provided by partner restaurants.

Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions must communicate directly with the restaurant and assume full responsibility for their choices.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUUUDI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using FUUUDI, you consent to our data practices, including communication about events, promotions, and community updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FUUUDI’s website, including logos, branding, and event materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of FUUUDI after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
